We are committed to providing quality tailoring services. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your completed garment.
We offer one complimentary revision for fit adjustments if requested within 7 days of completion. Additional revisions may incur charges based on the work required.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If we are unable to complete your requested service satisfactorily, we will discuss refund options with you.
To be eligible for revision or refund, garments must be returned in the same condition as received, without additional wear or damage beyond the original tailoring work.
